Interests
Personalised nutrition, centred on women, their babies and their families; facilitating health education for the whole family so they can contribute fully to improving their own health and wellbeing.
This begins not just with newborns and in the early years, but with the mother’s experiences in pregnancy and the birth itself, continuing care for both mother and baby throughout the antenatal and postnatal period and providing the best start in life possible for children.
With early interventions and preventive measures, we can enable children to achieve their full potential and be physically and emotionally healthy into adulthood.

Fun fact about myself: I am also a natural chef and recipe developer for wellness retreats and cooking workshops; using seasonal, organic and whole foods, with an emphasis on putting vegetables at the centre of the plate, creating food that not only nourishes but also educates.
